On Sunday 20th we held our Christmas Services. In the morning the Sunday School led the way with their Nativity play and in the evening some of the teenagers presented readings as part of our traditional carol service.
Glory to God in the highest!

On Sunday 15th November we held a Fellowship Lunch after the morning's service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their "Scouse" (beef stew!) with pickled cabbage and chunky bread, followed by apple pie and cream for desert.
Many young hands helped with setting the room up after the service, while more experienced hands took charge in the kitchen - a real team effort!

The room was arranged to help us relax and get to know one another better, and if the level of chatter was anything to go by it was a real success.
Thank you to everyone for making it a pleasure to be part of. We're all looking forward to the next..! |

On Saturday 26th September, we held our annual Harvest Supper at the church. Cooked and served by the men of the church, it was a treat as usual. After the meal we watched a short video from the Barnabas Fund about Christians being persecuted around the world.
On Sunday 27th we enjoyed remembering God's goodness to us all in our harvest services. "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift" (2 Cor 9:15) |

Thanks to everyone who put on another great BBQ!

As usual, the food was great and it was a great opportunity to catch up and swap holiday news with everyone. |
